Hi, overall I like this image. The expressions are well done on the peoples face. which is not an easy thing do, so well done.
The composition of the piece is good. It does well at drawing your eye to the faces.
Its good to see you have got shadows, especially under the woman's arm. However I would suggest adding more depth to the piece by using shading. For example using a more subtle light to dark on the clothing as well as the sharp folds in fabric. The folds on the clothing I should say are well placed and carefully done, so good job.
The skin is a nice tone and the faces are well drawn.
I do think the drawing could benefit from being brighter. This way it will exaggerate the dark areas and give you more contrast, therefore giving the image a bigger impact. However I do understand that this could be because of how the image was photographed or scan. This may be an effect you wanted, if not some quick contrast editing would fix this.
I do have to say you have done well to draw this in charcoal. I personally find it fiddly and easily smudged.
Adding more detail would benefit the piece. I see areas were you have done this but using charcoal do this can be tricky even with a charcoal pencil. Maybe try using pencil to your work.
I hope this helps you in some way. Its also my first critique hope you don't mind.
Overall good piece, well done
