Heart

How you painted the background, nose and hair is beautiful. I am a bit confused on what this has to do with Valentine's day besides the hearts. For anatomy, I'd say that the shoulders are too small. The coloring is wonderful, however. The hair is too. The piece just didn't really tell a story and is not too interesting, since it's just a girl looking at you. I know it's a quick drawing, but try to add an element of story-telling. It would make the picture much more interesting to look at.

Summary: The coloring style is pretty, and so is the head and hair, but the shoulders are too small. The piece would have a much better rating if there was a hint of a story behind the piece. The hearts and this having to do with Valentine's day looks a bit like it was added at the last minute. The colors, however, are pleasing to look at.
