Polka Dot Dance

This is from a sketch I did ages ago. The dress dosent make a lot of sense but I wanted to make something that was fun. The dots were ment to be on the dress, but I think it looks better how it is. Took me a while to find a background, I could have left it without but I wanted to do a background. The eyes arent my favourite, but was too lazy and didnt want to change it.
